CONDITION

Older stored craft supply, sold as-is and exactly as pictured. Powder remains sealed in its existing inner zip bag and is additionally contained within a clear outer bag. Outer protective packaging has visible brown spotting/residue near the top; the cause is unknown. This appears to be outside the inner zip bag containing the powder. Packaging otherwise shows normal storage/handling wear. Please review all photos for the exact item and condition.
