Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days of payment being captured, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination. Carrier delivery estimates are provided for reference and are separate from our processing time.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the estimated delivery date.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Buyers are responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, except where otherwise required by law.
