This particular skull has a wonderfully distinctive two-tone appearance. Approximately half of the skull features a greyish-cream colouring with scattered dark grey to nearly black spotting, creating a striking contrast with the stone’s deeper purple Lepidolite areas. The purple portions are also among the darker tones in this group, giving this piece an especially rich and moody appearance.
